Jays-Reds-Angels deal held up by Michael Saunders health concerns

A trade that would have brought Cincinnati Reds slugger Jay Bruce to Toronto in a three-team deal that also includes Blue Jays' outfielder Michael Saunders, hit a snag early on Tuesday when one of the teams expressed concern over a player's medical reports.
