Pillar or Saunders to hit leadoff for Blue Jays

Blue Jays manager John Gibbons said he will choose either Kevin Pillar or Michael Saunders to become the club's everyday leadoff hitter, while Troy Tulowitzki will hit fifth behind Edwin Encarnacion.
