Michael Saunders replaces Kevin Pillar in Blue Jays' leadoff spot

Kevin Pillar's name never was carved in stone at the top of the Blue Jay lineup by manager John Gibbons and that's a good thing, because there is now a new name auditioning for longterm leadoff duties.
