Pillar bails out Dickey, who sees things getting better

R.A. Dickey is hoping to turn the page on an April that saw him finish 1-3 with a 6.75 ERA in five starts. Though he didn't get a decision while allowing an earned run on six hits while striking out three in Monday's 2-1 Blue Jays loss to the Rangers, things could've gone worse for the 41-year-old.
