Sanchez looks to stay sharp in Texas finale

Blue Jays right-hander Aaron Sanchez will look to build momentum after three consecutive seven-inning quality starts in which he has posted a 1.71 ERA. He'll be opposed by lefty Cesar Ramos, who is making a spot start for the Rangers.
