Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin thought he had the day off when Josh Thole was called upon to start behind the plate. That's the usual when knuckleballer R.A. Dickey is on the mound. But an interesting – albeit unfortunate – set of events turned Martin into a second baseman in the seventh inning.
