Blue JaysThe TORONTO BLUE JAYS have selected the contract of LHP SCOTT DIAMOND, while L/RHP PATT VENDITTE has been optioned to Buffalo (AAA). To make room on the 40-man roster LHP FRANKLIN MORALES has been transferred to the 60-day disabled list.
